Shipping & returns
We ship orders and offer free local pickup at our studio at 975 W Fairbanks Ave, Orlando. Shipping is priced at checkout from live USPS rates for your address and the packed weight of your order, and studio pickup is free. Orders are packed in luxury gift packaging. All sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect candles and diffusers on arrival and contact us within 7 days if anything arrives damaged.
Booking policies
Online class bookings are paid on Square's secure checkout when you reserve; spots that are not paid within 30 minutes are released. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. You can reschedule a class up to three times, as long as you ask before the class starts: call 407-304-8095 or email info@aromaticvibescandleco.com. Please arrive at your scheduled start time; guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to complete the full experience. Candles need 5 days to cure before burning. Guests must be at least 5 years old, and children must attend with an adult; a ticket is required for both the adult and the child. Guests with allergies or accessibility needs should tell us when booking. Private events start at 10 paid guests and require a 50% deposit more than two weeks out (full payment within two weeks); see the private event packages.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill orders, confirm reservations and, with your consent, send marketing emails. We never store payment card details; payments are handled by our secure payment provider. Analytics cookies load only after you accept. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
